Ambitious expansion

The Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited, commonly known as ANZ, is the third largest bank in Australia. ANZ is also one of the leading Australian banks in the Asia-Pacific region. It has ambitious plans to expand into the emerging markets of China, Vietnam and Indonesia.

Our task was to rebrand the 18 nationwide retail assets and 3 office assets of ANZ Banking Corporation in Taiwan. There was a single reveal day for the whole country, which meant that installations (internal and external) were completed within two working days.

Full service

This was a full-service project involving site surveys, coordination with the Australian-based central design team, the search for and selection of 2 manufacturers in Taiwan, QA and QC management, logistics, installations and handovers.
